At Brussels , we are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team! As the Payroll Manager, you will lead a team of 1 Payroll Officer. The team is dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our administrative and payroll processes. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for: Coordinating the team on all payroll processes and activities for 300 employees. Supervising payroll management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timelines. Acting as the primary link between the external payroll company (Partena) and our organization. Ensuring that the Payroll/HR systems comply with relevant social law regulations. Offering proactive advice on official procedures and obligations toward the tax authorities, NSSO, and other official bodies. Managing official procedures related to memberships , including NSSO, Dimona registration, health insurance, orange, group insurance, Pluxee, etc. Collaborating closely with the HR, sales, mobility, and accounting teams to align processes and improve workflows. Monitoring and supporting the team to provide accurate responses to employee queries. Managing and mentoring 1 Payroll Officer , fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Are fluent in English, Dutch and French. Have strong knowledge of labor and social laws & regulations. Bring proven experience in team management, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams effectively. Have experience working in large organizations with complex payroll and administrative requirements. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across teams and with external partners. Bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll or a related field. Certified Prevention Advisor – Level II (Belgian Well-being at Work legislation) is an asset Catalogue with a wide variety of trainings for hard- and soft skills, private language classes, unlimited access to an E-learning platform (Udemy, O'reilly,…) and possibility to get certified every year (Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) Competitive salary with a flexible package (company car or mobility budget, mobile subscription, group insurance, etc.) You will become part of a growing team of people keen on applying the latest technologies and knowledge.
